For piece-shipping centersFor centers operating 24 hours a day
Mujin is the only company offering a wide range of robot automation applications for piece-shipping centers such as mail order and EC industries, extending from vehicle/container unloading (devanning) in upstream warehouse logistics, to midstream piece picking and downstream palletizing.
In the EC industry, demand for everyday items is increasing, and orders surge through in enormous quantities 24 hours a day. With Mujin Solutions, logistics centers that can operate continuously are being realized.-

For case-shipping centersHumans are freed from tough environments
Mujin is the only company offering a wide range of automation applications for case-shipping centers in wholesale, retail etc., extending from vehicle/container unloading (devanning) in upstream warehouse logistics, to midstream piece picking and downstream palletizing.
Whilst logistics is subject to rising demand, worksites are plagued by difficulties in recruiting people to work in such tough environments. Mujin continues in its challenge to resolve these issues through robotics.-

Solution for factory automation
Mujin's picking solutions accelerate customer factory automation.
Bin picking, which has been difficult with hitherto existing technologies, has long been an issue within
the manufacturing industry. When introducing robots, the teaching methods used differ between
manufacturers, and because this teaching is, in itself difficult, robots have only been introduced at a
limited number of worksites.
Mujin solves these problems by installing its own in-house developed technology inside the MUJIN
Controller, thereby accelerating factory automation (FA) for customers.
Robot controller OEM
Mujin provides the robotics industry with another choice.
In developing an articulated robot, there was the need to develop a robot controller to act as the
robot’s brain. However, it is said that such a robot controller would take several years to complete,
requiring development for various elements including kinetics, kinematics, inverse kinematics, teaching
systems, UI, and a communication interface. Furthermore, even after several years, successful development
of a good controller cannot be guaranteed, so the barriers to entry in the robot industry are said to be
very high.
Mujin offers the robotics industry another choice with the MUJIN Controller. We continue to promote
increased worldwide automation with Mujin's all-purpose intelligent controller, equipped with our
world-leading technology.
