Electrical Engineer (Industrial Robotics Facility Team)


Responsibilities

  • Design, install and modify power cabling, wiring and lighting systems
  • Design, install and modify electrical panels
  • Continuously maintain electrical systems’ breakdown
  • Periodically maintain electrical systems with predictive and preventive measures
  • Perform primary and secondary modifications in robot cells
  • Perform risk assessment for robot cells based on ISO Standards and create action plan to minimize the risk
  • Investigate necessary safety devices to robot cells, procure and install (safety interlock switches, monitoring relays, power/control interlocking systems, interlock keys, light barriers, sensors etc.)
  • Follow up with energy consumption (monitor if the systems, robots, conveyors are not in use, but still energized)

Required Skills

  • Business level fluency in Japanese Language
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial plant experience
  • Ability to read&design electrical drawings
  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance techniques for industrial equipment and robots

Preferable Skills

  • Autocad 2D & 3D
  • Ability to understand pneumatic diagrams and perform modifications
  • Having “Second -class electrician” certification
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial robot installation & handling methods

Tatsumi office : 3-8-5 Tatsumi, Koto-ku, Tokyo 135-0053 Japan

Working Hours

8:45~17:45 (Includes 1-hour break)

Expected Salary

Flexible depending on the candidate's experience
